SW Upper-joint Dual-density Rubber Foam Molding Machine

This machine is a primarily used to produce dual-density rubber soles by once Upper-joint molding high efficiency shoe-making machine. Rubber sole made by this machine has good flexibility, abrasion resistance, anti-skid, cold tolerance, difficult to break, waterproof and hard corrosion, suitable for warm-proof shoe, casual shoes, hiking boots,safty footwear and other product.

4.       Use hydraulic to open & close mould, compression mode-locking device to make the equipment running more smoothly.

5.       Close mould use double-cylinder pulling double-sheet parallel structure, while pressure last use single-cylinder upright duplex structure. Have automatic and manual.

6.       To avoid the occurrence of safety accidents, designed turning last manually structure, up&down functions of bottom plate.

7.       Control system can be made available for the controller, man-machine interface, to achieve accurate measurement and control of rubber material.
